TOTALLY NEW LIFE TO A PIECE OF DISCARDED FURNITURE……..The objective was for a student to decorate a piece of furniture with a design or theme. The chair or table was personalized and specific to the individual ideas. By working on large-scale physical objects, the students learned to enhance an every day object and perceive them as works of art, without altering (too much) of their original purpose.The students maintained their individual freedom while reworking a discarded piece of furniture. ART IS MADE FROM OLD RECYCLED DISCARDS!!!
